Dear Dream Tending Community,

When hurt is present, communities of support gather. I will be offering a Master Class where you can learn skills in finding peace in times of Heartache. Tending dreams and nightmares offer “imaginal medicines.” This two-hour Master Class will provide specific tools that can be used to find a more harmonious/peaceful way of being in the world of today.

Through discussion, demonstration, and personal examples I will demonstrate methods used to calm anxiety, relieve isolating depression, and address physical afflictions.

With support and guidance participants will develop individualized templates for immediate application.

Drawing on over forty years of professional experience, research in the field, and my new work, specific skill sets will be presented. Follow-up opportunities to sustain your praxis of finding a more peaceful life will be suggested.

What you will learn from this Master Class:

  • Methods developed from new work in the fields of depth psychology and personal practice.
  • A skill set to address the intrusive images of international news, violence at home, changes in our planet, and personal loss.
  • Specific tools of finding a more peaceful way of living in times of heartache
  • An individualized template for immediate application
  • Follow-up opportunities to support your wellbeing.
  • Working in a community of like-minded others.

I look forward to seeing you there.

Warmly,
Dr. Stephen Aizenstat
