Dear Dream Tending Community,
This is Dr. Stephen Aizenstat and after a wonderful summer filled with lots of travel, I am so happy to return to writing my monthly Tending Tuesday series.
For those who may be new to our community—welcome; I am so grateful that you are here. For those who are long time members of the Dream Tending community, it is a joy and honor to continue connecting with you.
The monthly Tending Tuesday series is intended to share inspiring reflections that emerge from my personal practice of tending dreams.
Today, we will begin with a Dream Tending workshop that I offered several weeks ago to a group of professionals and their colleagues in the Philippines. Many were new to working with dreams. Of keen interest was their fascination with the themes that come forward in dreams. This is often the case. People get curious about common dream themes like flying, falling, loosing teeth, finding valuables, houses, being chased, monsters, beloveds and many more. Often, a particular dream theme repeats itself in dreams over the years, sometimes even starting in childhood. Each theme, like an unfolding story, has so much to offer. The more we visit the theme, the more insight, guidance, and wisdom unfold. Like in awake life, when a recurring theme presents, it is abundant with important, often essential information, waiting to be revealed.
With this in mind, I invite you to please join me LIVE from 1:00-1:45 PST tomorrow, September 23rd, for the Common Dream Themes Webinar, where you will discover the keys to understanding some of the common themes in dreams.

A quote that resonated with me this week…
“A dream that is not understood remains a mere occurrence. Understood, it becomes a living experience.”
