Dear Dream Tending Community,

On this Tending Tuesday, I want to share with you a new offering that touches my heart.

For over forty years, I have worked with dreams and imagination. I have combined my therapeutic background in clinical psychology, depth psychology, and marriage and family therapy with dreamwork. I have found this confluence of approaches to be particularly effective in helping people attend to the challenges and opportunities that life presents. Working in a soul-centered way offers guidance as well as access to a sense of deep belonging.

From February 25th through the 27th I will be offering a deeply personal limited enrollment, residential workshop on the grounds of Pacifica Graduate Institute.  In this safe and supportive environment, you can attend to your emotional, psychological, and even physical afflictions. I will be working individually with each participant, and we will also work as a community of the caring. In addition, the beautiful landscape of Pacifica plays its own part, bringing the healing powers of nature into the community.

My work centers on accessing the curative resources of the deep psyche. When combining these potencies with a clinical skill set, life challenges such as crippling anxiety, isolating depression, and draining agitation are met with the healing forces found in dreams and imagination. Our work together offers you both relief from current painful, energy-depleting, patterns as well as a template for a generative path forward. Our clear intention is that you will leave this three-day workshop with a more relaxed, joyful lightness of being and, too, a personal daily praxis that sustains an enhanced quality of life.

I am truly grateful for this opportunity to work in depth with a small group of people. I look forward to our immersion into the art of “therapia,” into the healing work of soul. Many have found this work personally rewarding and life enhancing. Now is the time. For further information, call (805) 770-0195.

In the dreamtime,

Steve
