Volume CXXXVI – Reflecting on Switzerland with Wonder & Joy

Dear Dream Tending Community,

Our trip to Switzerland continues to move through me. The depth of community that we experienced as we journeyed was deeply felt by all.

From Eranos, a homeplace of the Depth Psychological traditions, we traveled over the Alps to Zurich, visiting Jung’s home and his Tower at Bollingen.The stunning lakes, lush countryside, and historic cityscapes, along with walks along cobblestone streets, deeply impressed upon us the beauty of the soul. Tending dreams opened each of us to our “Diamon,” to our authentic calling.

In reflection, I am filled with wonder and joy. I hope you find value in the thoughts and reflections offered by others.

“From the first moments of gathering, you could feel the portal to the field of Deep Imagination open. Whether we were in a cathedral soaking in the Black Madonna or encountering the labyrinthian medieval streets of the various towns we visited or jumping into Lake Maggiore from the steps of Eranos or eating gelato for lunch before we visited Jung’s tower or in awe of the butter dispenser in a 150 year old grand hotel.

This trip filled me with joy, dreams, deep healing, love and deep community. I knew this trip would be profound, but I had no idea how much joy it created in me too. I can’t wait to see where we get to go next year to open the portals to Self.” – Kelly
