Approach
Believing that all beings, nature, and things are ensouled, Monica facilitates the relationships between the healing wisdom innate to the body and dreaming psyche as one journeys to meet the essences, the soul-bodies, of numinous figures and landscapes alive in the dream time consciousness. Moving into sacred relationship with dream images and landscapes in this body-centered and soul-centered way, allows one to enter into reciprocal, mutually beneficial and respectful relationship with dream images. Experientially engaging in activities of active imagination, somatic resonance, and expanded perception, we experience meeting the dream in the way of the dream. The messages of creativity, wisdom, and healing held within the images are shared. We also have the opportunity to experience the dream’s story as told by the dream itself, and to hear the dream’s request of us.
While experiencing, participants offer a witnessing presence to their body and to emerging dream images and landscapes. With curiosity and openness, with a whole-being, soulful presence…one is able to access deep healing, wisdom, and creativity innate to our and being and the dream time.
