Please note that Dream Tending offers custom payment plans to all who request them. Additionally, Dream Tending can provide a partial scholarship to those in significant financial need. If interested in either or both, please note this on the form by selecting the corresponding boxes listed below. To apply for a partial scholarship, there is a brief application form included below, as well.
